By submitting a
bid, you are entering a legal contract. Serious bidders
only please. Open to residents within the continental
United States only. You may view horse and place bid at
gallery, or you may place bid via electronically submitted
form. We are required by law to collect sales tax in the
state of Ohio. Sales tax will be added to any Ohio sale.
A winning bid is considered a sale. Winning bidder will
be contacted no sooner than 7pm
EST, June 24th. We will
make all attempts to contact winning bidder. If we are
unsuccessful in contacting winning bidder, or if he/she has
not paid for and taken possession of item within one week,
then we will throw out said person's bid and contact the 2nd
highest bidder. In the event there are two or more
winning bids, we will contact all winning bidders for a
"bid-off." Winning bidder cannot take possession of
horse until item is paid for in full and cleared by processing
center. Said auction transaction is considered a sale.
No returns or exchanges. No discounts or coupons are
valid with bid. Amount due: winning bid + any
applicable sales tax + any applicable delivery/freight charge
will be total due. We accept cash (U.S. currency
only), check (local
only), visa, master card, discover card, and PayPal. If
local delivery is needed a $35 delivery charge is assessed for
each 25 mile radius. For out of vicinity or out of state
delivery, a shipping/freight charge will be applied to winning
bid using UPS Freight; or winning bidder may arrange for
shipping/freight at their own expense. Per our return
policy, this transaction is final. Contact us at
